80-20 rule - Pareto Principle

In this article I will explain to you on how you can benefit from 80 – 20 Rule or the Pareto Principle.

Every one of us is trying to make money on the internet. Making Money Online is not actually as easy as writing article. There must be so many factors you need to consider before you can earn your first dollar.

I believe that there must be some techniques in order to achieve your goal in making money online. You will realize after a month or two in your blogging career that it is hard to monetize your website.

Well, that is true. Just think about the time you are going to spend while blogging. From writing article to SEO to social media and a lot more. Not mentioning that you also need to participate in online forum as well to get backlinks.

But the truth is…if others can do it you can do it also. And this can be done by using the Pareto principle. This topic is very broad. To get you an idea, it is something that you work on 20% of the time and you get the 80% as the result.

For example, you spend 20% of your capital and the return is 80% in profit. Wow…is it true? Yes, probably or let me say, exactly.

Another example, in my programming site, I design it to accept other programmer’s source code. As of now even if I will not upload my own source code I still earn money. I just spend little capital for my web hosting and domain name and the return of investment is even higher than 80%.

This means that you can even spend little capital, say 10%, and earn 90%.

So how can you apply this in your own blog? Find a good niche; I suggest it’s your passion, and leverage from other people like spending another capital to hire a ghost writer so you can have your own article daily. This suggestion is good for those blogger who have a day job.

The 80 – 20 rule, after I understand it, was a very effective in any business. Even in sports. Or in any walks of life. Everybody is using the Pareto principle. So why don’t you try it?
