Google Chrome “Sending Request” Problem Solve

by Jay Pabs on November 29, 2010

I can’t imagine without Google Chrome as my web browser. Chrome is different from other browser because I think it is lightweight.

Sending Request problem is my number one problem ever since I use Chrome. But now I think I totally solve this trouble. I did everything I can before to fix this issue. But after a few days the problem comes back again.

Somebody is trying to suggest that you need to uncheck the “Use DNS pre-fetching to improve page load performance” under the “Under the Hood” tab of Google Chrome Options dialog box. Well, some said that it fixes the issue but some others said it doesn’t fix this problem.

While reading someone’s comment like changing the proxy settings I come to think that I am using “SpeedBit Video Accelerator”. Then I disable the “Use automatic configuration script” but to no avail. Finally I close the “SpeedBit Video Accelerator” program and to my surprise the sending request problem is gone.

Do you have the same problem with chrome? We would be glad to hear from you.

Thanks a lot for posting, Jay!
I never would have guessed that Speedbit was the problem. I’d had it installed for atleast three weeks before this issue even began, but as soon as I had uninstalled it my internet was back up and running. I’d tried two hp helplines but their only advice was a system restore. Glad I found your article first, thanks again!
