How many times have you been told by your friend(s) that you can make money online? Yes, they are right. You can really make money online by first avoiding scam before you can make any profit on the internet.
When I build my website my purpose is too share my source code until I found out that I can make money out of it. I started to study how this scheme works. Probably there are countless articles and even products that promises a return on your investment. Some product works and some do NOT. And most of them are scams.
But don’t worry, with the right information you can avoid this scheme and continue with your journey.
Tips to avoid scam:
- Site age – this is very important in determining if the product is legit or not. Although it’s not a basis all the time. But it will give you an idea. If the site is created a month ago and it promises everything, then it will give you a clue whether this site is trustworthy or not. For more information about site’s age visit: Domaintools.com and look for date created.
- Random Site Income – while other website earned a lot of money, it is doubtful if someone gives you a figure like $101, 234.17 income per month. Much more if they say that they have an estimated income of $101, 234.17 per month. If it is an estimated income they do not need to put a decimal, isn’t it? Though as you may think that the source is legitimate like if it came from clickbank, the problem is that there is a javascript to allow you to alter any information in the webpage that you’d like to modify. This can be done by pasting this code at the address bar:
- No contact information – again it is not a guarantee that a website is not a scam if they have contact information. But it is likely a scam if they don’t have one. Even if they have, some will not reply and will not issue a refund.
- Not using clickbank – clickbank is very popular when it comes to online payment. All products are subject for refund. So you don’t have to worry about buying a product ’cause you can return it anytime within a month for example. But be sure you do not exceed to the maximum number of returns allowed by clickbank.
